He's talking about a short block with Eagle rods, Weisco pistons, bearings, rings, balanced beyond factory spec, and bolted together for $3500 plus your core. Long block with reconditioned heads for about $4200 plus your core. This is the same place that does all the work for Porsche Dallas, so they are pretty good.
